Gallagher, of Bath, to serve as Director of the Maine State Housing Authority (MSHA). In a vote of 9-0, LCRED unanimously recommended Gallagher’s nomination as director of MSHA to the Maine Senate. Gallagher will now appear before the Maine Senate for a confirmation hearing and vote on Thursday, September 6, 2012. If confirmed, he will serve as Director of the Maine State Housing Authority.

Funding Released to Help Maine Veterans Find Housing

Jones was revoked June 11th following an investigation and hearing by the Maine Board of Real Estate Appraisers. Since the revocation, the Board has received indications that Mr. Jones may be continuing to conduct appraisal work, and may also be committing the same violations of Maine law that led to the revocation.
